You don’t need a clear explanation — just a sense that something isn’t working as it should. From there, we break things down together and get clarity on what’s actually going on.

This is something I regularly uncover with my clients.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Many times, people realise that they approach relationship challenges using the same approach they use elsewhere — and that doesn’t always translate here.

Together, we look at what’s happening from a different angle so you can find an approach that actually fits the situation.
